Repeat of a message from November

We all know the current events globally, nationally and locally has created much debate from many angles. 

My plea is for everyone to find a space where they can express their views safely and to also allow others to do the same from all angles of the current debates.

I do ask that we all have special regard for how children and young people are being drawn into the discussions, divides and debates currently happening. We have had instances of children frightening other children at school with their narratives on current events. 

While the range of issues we are all dealing with can be challenging and divisive, we all play a role in acting to minimise rather than exacerbate that division, especially for children.
