We held our first meeting this week in the Upper School staffroom in Tirohanga nui - what a wonderful and well deserved space for our kaiako.

Financial Position
The Board wishes to thank Karyn and her team for their tireless work stabilising the school finances over what has been a difficult few years. A tremendous thank you also to the school community for committing to and honouring donation pledges each year.

Stabilising our financial situation means that we can look towards upgrading some equipment and resources. Your continued support is needed to sustain this position and enable further development of our beautiful kura.

Looking forward

This year we will focus on the special character of the school and support Karyn and the wider community to further embody this through lessons and festivals.

In addition, there will be more community events and opportunities to come together including opportunities to learn more about what the school is doing, and share skills and knowledge through seminars and workshops in conjunction with the PTFA.
