The option to investigate a new Metlink public bus service or school bus service from Queensgate and Melling Railway Station to Tirohanga has been included in Greater Wellington’s ‘Draft Regional Proposed Transport Plan 2021 - 2031’ (Pg 95), which is focused particularly on the next three years from mid-2021.

The school’s Traffic Safety and Sustainability Group has made a submission, and we invite you to please add your voice! Even if your child will not be using such a bus service to get to and from school, having a public bus service available to other students and staff will make for less congestion in the street - therefore higher traffic safety and lower carbon emissions!
