Raffle tickets

Please remember to return all Raffle tickets - sold or unsold - AND money back to Marcelly's office by next Friday, 11 November. The Fair Committee will look to sell any unsold Raffle tickets over the early part of the Fair.Raffle ticket monies can also be paid direct to the PTFA bank account: 06-0529-0911488. Please use your child's surname plus class # as reference.Remember to check updated Prize lists on our School Fair's FB page. Over $2,000 worth of prizes, so sell, sell, sell. 

Baking and food contributions for the Community Cafe 

Class 5 parents run the Community Cafe each Fair, but each and every family in the School is asked to contribute baking or prepared food for the cafe.

Please provide a decent portion of the kai listed beside the class of YOUR ELDEST CHILD. If you’d like to contribute more for the cafe, please feel very free to! The more the better. Have fun cooking for our kura!!

Fair Posters

Hardcopy A4 & A3 "Steiner School Fair" posters are available for hapori/community distribution. These have been placed in the bottom office with Marcelly so please collect a few to share far and wide.

Flowers for Fair day

We have two requests for flowers, for the Class 1 Activity Room to make floral garlands and to brighten up the classroom spaces with beautiful bouquets.Please drop any flowers/foliage you can spare to the school office on Friday afternoon. There will be buckets by the bus garage for them. If you can only drop off on Saturday morning, please deliver direct to the Woodwork room, where Carolyn Sherring will be leading flower arrangements. (Big thanks to Carolyn for graciously taking on the role of organising flowers for the Fair this year!).  Volunteers are most welcome to come and have a break from class setup and help out with floral arrangements.

Plants for the Plant Stall

We are also asking for any donations to the Fair's Plant Stall, indoor, outdoor, seedlings, fruit, flowers, trees, all welcome!  Plants can be dropped off on Friday afternoon or Saturday and placed on the deck of the Heidi Werth Room.

A few highlights on Fair Day 

9:45am: Kapa Haka and formal Fair Opening in the Class 1-4 Court

2.00pm:   Opening of "Tirohanga Nui" (the new build) in the Upper School

2.00pm: Raffle Draw at the info desk outside Classes 5 and 6

Remember parking restrictions on Matuhi Road on Fair Day.
