At the end of last year we informed you that the planned camps in Term 1 were postponed due to an uncertainty about the response phase New Zealand would be in when the camps were planned, as well as the uncertainty about access to some of the venues the camp groups visit.

At the beginning of this year we decided, as a staff to proceed with a partial week of EOTC activities for the Upper School classes during Week 5. The criteria for these days were to keep it fairly local and to not involve overnight trips. The Lower School camps have all been  postponed to Term 4.

A decision on whether to proceed with any of the postponed camps later in the year will be made as the year progresses and we hopefully get more certainty about the health and safety settings we will be operating in.

In regard to camp donations, we welcome a partial payment amount toward the EOTC days, or withhold it for the time being, until we have more certainty around the future camp arrangements for the year.
