Disability Support Worker (with opportunity for involvement in shared management) at Hearth Trust

Hearth Trust is a small-scale, family-driven non-hierarchical initiative on a beautiful five-acre lifestyle property in Kelson Lower Hutt. It provides a residential home and supported long term care for 3 men with intellectual disabilities, surrounded by a supportive community with a strong ethos of enablement, collaboration, personal growth and development. The purpose of the Heart Trust is to enable its residents to lead healthy, meaningful and fulfilling lives.

We are looking for one or two people to join a small team who collectively manage and provide support. Day and evening shifts are available.
