The confirmed dates for the partnership hui for Term 3 for primary classes are September 4-5 as previously notified. Please note all bookings will close off on Monday September 1 at 9am to allow teachers time to prepare for their bookings.

The Lower School remain as 15-minute bookings for each teacher with a 5-minute swap over time. The available timeslots for Classes 1-4 will be Thursday September 4 from 8.30-6.50. the available timeslots for Classes 5-7 will be Thursday September 4 from 3.30-6.50 and Friday September 5 from 8.30-3.10pm

This year we continue to strongly recommend that students from Classes 3 through to 7 attend the partnership hui alongside their parents so they can be a full partner in the learning discussions.

Students in Classes 1-4 will be supervised in cross class groups on the Thursday by specialist and relief teachers. Classes 5-7 will be put into cross class groups on the Friday, and these will again be run by specialist and relief teachers.

If you have come into school over the last week for an individual education plan meeting and you do not feel the need to come in and meet further for partnership hui that is perfectly understandable.
