The Challenging Journey of Self-Knowledge

With Michelle Vette, Secretary General NZ and

Guest Jane Bradshaw, Secretary General Australia

Monday, 11th November, 7:30 - 9:00 pm at 19 Bristol Square, Lower Hutt

Dear Members and Friends,

We warmly invite you on this special occasion to our next Branch Meeting.

The Challenging Journey of Self-Knowledge

The idea of ‘taking ourselves on’ can be seen in our life opportunities in physical and soul development and the potential for spiritual development. However, what comes through these phases that enables us to understand ourselves, and through this the world?

Michelle will speak about themes of self-knowing and how the development and activity of the life processes enable this. What is our individual experience of this? Can we consciously inspire ourselves on the journey of self-knowledge, therefore enabling us to be purposeful in the world? We will take a moment to practice an exercise to experience these processes at work.

Michelle is working in adult education and nursing and is the General Secretary of the Anthroposophical Society in New Zealand. Jane Bradshaw, the Australian Country Representative, will also join us for the evening and looks forward to sharing something of the Australian Society and her work.

We are looking forward to seeing you then.
