BIOGRAPHY WORKSHOP (ANZAC Weekend)

Dear Members and Friends, 

We are slowly moving into autumn, a wonderful time to reflect and evaluate. Today, we want to invite you for a special occasion as we are offering a Biography Workshop locally to be held at Raphael House from Thursday evening 24th – Sunday 27th April 2025 (ANZAC).

So far, there hasn’t been a lot of opportunity in our region to take part in the exciting journey of our own lives. Learning to read the hidden wisdom in our life path with others deepens community and releases life force for the future. We take this time to reflect on what is unfolding in our path in gradual steps, using the workshop days to connect past and present with the future.

Is there an underlying thread like an undercurrent running through our path through life?

Biographies are a mystery. Like walking in a labyrinth, we can use Anthroposophical understandings of the life span to discover the deeper meaning and purpose of our lives.

What is different and special about this course is that it will cover a greater lifespan than the typical biography course. This means that those interested who are over 65, even in their seventies and eighties, can expect a meaningful discovery of patterns and purpose. However, younger participants will also be fully catered for!

We are most fortunate to have experienced biography workshop leader, Rhyll Stafford, from Auckland, offering this course. The three days will cover Honouring the Past, Understanding the Present and Shaping the Future. Individual and group work as well as artistic exercises will be offered. (No prior experience is needed.)

Cost: $420 - $575 sliding scale (includes all materials and refreshments). Please, contact Rhyll in case of any financial hardship.
