Introducing Purdy
Lower School-Class 3
Kia ora koutou, Ko Purdy toku ingoa.
I have been hanging around Raphael House on and off since 1989 when I joined the school as a kindergarten student. I have been teaching here since 2009 and have taught all across the Lower School in different roles. Currently I am the Kaiako of the boisterous and very cool students in Akomanga Tuatoru (Class 3).
One of my daughters, Ivy, has just begun Class 1 and the other, Ella is at Steiner Cottage.
When I’m not working you might find me making things with the enormous quantities of tomatoes and apples from the garden or taking the kids to the playground. There might even be a minute in there to read a book in the sun!
