The confirmed dates for the partnership hui for Term 2 are May 23-24 as mentioned in upcoming dates last term. Please note all bookings will close off on Friday May 17 at 5pm to allow teachers time to prepare for their bookings.

The Lower School remain as 15-minute bookings for each teacher with a 5-minute swap over time and the available timeslots will be Thursday May 23 from 3.30-6.30 and Friday May 24 from 8.30am-4pm. This year we are strongly recommending that students from Classes 3 through to 7 attend the partnership hui alongside their parents so they can be a full partner in the learning discussions.

Just another reminder that wherever possible we ask for Lower School students to be working from home during Friday May 24 to allow teachers to be free to meet with parents.

There will be limited supervision available on the day by some Lower School specialist teachers. If you need this, please email Marcelly on marcelly.r@raphaelhouse.school.nz by Friday May 17. 

This year we are continuing to run our partnership hui (sometime known in the past as parent teacher interviews) a little differently in the Upper School. Last year we did this with Class 8 and 9. This year we are extending this to Classes 10-12 as well.

For all Upper School classes, we will be inviting you to register for a 30-minute time slot and coming along with your rangatahi, who will be presenting the learning they have done as well as looking ahead to their future learning goals with both your support and their teachers’ support. Specialist and kaiarataki teachers who work with these classes will also be present for some of the time slot. We will have up to 7 families booking into the same time.
