We offer counselling in Wellington, Porirua, and the Hutt Valley.

We have a mix of Arts therapists, Music therapists, and Talk therapists and currently we have low wait times of 1-2 weeks.

Sessions cost $149.50 ($120 for online), but we currently have funding for six sessions per family if cost is a barrier.

People can self-refer by calling or emailing our service, plus we have a referral form that we can send, and they can complete and return to us.
