Children's Day online in 2022

Over the last seventeen years, Children’s Day has been supported by Christchurch schools in many different ways. In 2021 we saw Children’s Day cancelled and moved to an online event due to the impact of COVID-19.
As we are unable to accurately predict what the situation will be with COVID-19 in our community at the beginning of March 2022, the Children’s Day committee have made the decision to err on the side of caution and move Children’s Day online.
Online Children’s Day in 2021 was a great success! We ran interactive competitions and were able to give away spot prizes to families. There were over 50,000 people that attended! This year we are looking to make our online event even better!
We would like to hear from your young people about what and who they would like to see involved.
We have a google form for you to distribute to your young people. When these forms are filled out the students immediately go into the draw to win $100 voucher (their choice) for themselves and $200 voucher (your choice) for their school. This draw will close on 17 December 2021 at 5pm and the draw will take place on 20 December 2021.
