The paid union meeting is being held to further discuss the pay and conditions of Primary Teachers so that their collective agreement can be finalised. This flows on from last years' negotiations.

All Redwood School Teacher NZEI Members will be attending a paid union meeting:

When: Thursday 21 March 2019 from 12.30pm

What happens: Redwood School is hosting the meeting in the Hillary Hall.

• Children to be collected at 12.30pm
• School remains open to supervise those children unable to be collected
• Staff members able to supervise are very limited in number

When your child goes home at 12.30pm on 21 March:

• Arrangements as for the end of a normal school day

If your child is unable to be collected or supervised at 12.30pm:

• Please email: principal@redwoodprimary.school.nz
• Lunch at school in Junior eating area at 12.30pm
• Supervised play until 1.15pm
• Children supervised in afternoon in Hoiho Hub (old Library)

We appreciate your support in this. Due to Redwood School hosting the meeting, teachers will be attending from a number of surrounding schools and will be arriving from about 1.30pm.
