The annual Tōtaranui Kāhui Ako Cantamath competition was held at Te Kura Mareko Casebrook Intermediate on Monday 26th June.

The event was organised and run by Papanui High School's year 10 leadership class and all of the Kāhui's Primary schools entered at least one team of year 5 and 6 students to compete. 

After 20 rounds of competition Cotswold Mātāhae school eventually took the honours of first and second place closely followed by Redwood Primary school for third. 

It was a great event with 9 teams representing 5 schools and an excellent opportunity for students to be competitive with other schools in a fun environment. 

Well done Apolline, Liam, Shaun, Oliver, Leroy, Shenouda and Alex - you all did our kura proud!
