On 12th February Team Whakatipu had a special visit from the Butterfly Musketeer - Maria Romero

She taught us about the transformation from caterpillar to Monarch butterfly. We also enjoyed the opportunity to dress up as butterflies.

• Each Monarch butterfly lays approximately 400 eggs.
• Caterpillars should not eat pumpkin.
