On Monday 19th February the year 4-6's went to Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre to compete in our school wide swimming sports. It was a successful day for the children, with great results. The children showed they were fantastic Reddie learners by cheering for each other and showing respect while waiting for their races. A huge thank you to our whānau and friends who came to help out at the event, also to those who came to support our wonderful tamariki.

On Tuesday 13th March, nine of our tamariki competed at our Swimming Zones competition. These children were great supporters of each other and showed all of our Reddie Learner Values. Ava Renner came 2nd in the Year 5 girls 50m Freestyle and will be moving on to compete at Canterburys. Ka pai nui!
