Dear Parents/Caregivers and Whanau, Learning Conferences are scheduled for Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th of August.

Please be aware that Monday 17th of August is a Teacher Only Day to accommodate these Conferences. You will need to make alternative care arrangements for your child on this day.

Learning Conferences are an important opportunity for parents/whanau, your child and your child’s teacher to meet, share and reflect on recent learning and discuss next steps. They are also a time to discuss your child’s achievements, successes, wellbeing and social development. They are a key aspect of our reporting process to tamariki and parents.

Each conference is scheduled for ten minutes. We strongly encourage students to be present for their Learning Conferences. Room 5 parents will be contacted by Mrs Tremewan or Mrs Prattley to arrange a time.
