Charlotte graduated from Canterbury University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Education and the Christchurch College of Education in 2001 with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning. She began her teaching journey at Woodend School, before going on her OE in 2004 where she taught in a variety of schools across London. Since returning, Charlotte has worked across most levels of the school, predominantly at the Year 3/4 level. She joined Redwood in 2017.

Charlotte is married to Tom and has 2 young children, Joshua and Emily. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, skiing and spending time with her family.
