Let’s start by introducing ourselves; Sarah Burt (Staff Representative), Emma Gee (Chairperson), Chris Bealing, Ana Connor, Phil Hale and Paul Rivett (Parent Representatives).

 We normally meet on the third Tuesday night of the month at 7pm in Hoiho Hub. Any change to this date will be reported in the school calendar. Anyone is welcome to come along to our meetings.

So what have we been up to lately? One of our main focus’s has been the school redevelopment. We are currently in the midst of negotiations with the Ministry of Education. Our aim is to provide Redwood with the best school that we can, knowing that it will serve our community for at least the next 50 years (no pressure!!!).

 We have the Education Review Office (ERO) visiting us next term. This is an exciting opportunity for us to show all the great things we have been up to, for our fantastic team of teachers to demonstrate all they are doing, and for our tamariki to display their talents and Reddie Learner values.
