The ICAS Assessments series is designed to assess your Year 4 - 6 students' ability to apply classroom learning in new contexts, using higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills.

Run by the University of New South Wales, these optional assessments are taken online during September and cost $15 each.

There is only ONE sitting date for assessments, all are online only (with the exception of Year 4 writing), with emphasis on challenge and extension.  All students receive a certificate of achievement and have an opportunity to win medals.  Results will be received within 4-6 days (Writing 4-5 weeks)

Information will be sent out to parents at the end of June, with applications closing on Wednesday 3 July.
