Dear Parents/Whanau

John Stackhouse —

Staffing 2019

Rachael Brokenshire will be leaving at the end of this year. Rachael has been particularly active with the promotion and use of sign language, which has made a real impact across the school. Rachael’s hard work and efforts on behalf of our Reddie Learners has been very much appreciated.

Our final appointment for the year in Lynda Selwood. Lynda will join us from North Loburn School. Lynda takes over Room 1, where Genevieve Rae was teaching. Lynda has a passion for literacy, reading in particular, and Maori. Originally from England Lynda has trained and taught in New Zealand. We look forward to working with Lynda as a member of the Redwood School staff.

End of Year Helpers’ Morning Tea

We had lots of people at this event last week. We are very appreciative of the help and support that wider whanau give to us as a school. It was lovely being able to catch up with so many on the day.
