Positive Behaviour For Learning (PB4L) 2020

Maddie Stevenson —

At Redwood School we have 3 Reddie Learner Values. These are Responsibility, Respect, and Relating Well. Each term we focus on a different value. We incorporate our values into everything that we do at school.

Our focus for Term 1 is ‘Relating Well’.

Our Reward system runs on a two yearly cycle. All students in New Entrant, Year 3, and 5 will start the year with zero leaves. In years 2, 4 and 6, children will carry on their leaf tallies from last year so they will not receive the same rewards twice.
