Update Medical Permissions and Medication

If your child has medication they need to take, whether it be an asthma inhaler, paracetamol or prescribed medicine, a permission form needs to be signed.

Please come into the office to review the expiry date of any medication we have for your child and to sign a new form for this year.

NO medication should be held in the child's school bag or classroom.  All staff need to know where to find the medication in an emergency - the locked cupboard in the sickbay.
