Each year we need you to renew the permission to administer your child's medication.

If we have an inhaler or other medication in the office, please pop in to check the dosage instructions, expiry date and to sign a new permission form for this year.

ALL medication must be held at the school office, not left in your child's bag or with the teacher.  In this way everyone on staff will know where to find the medication should it be needed.
