Digger design adds colour to construction site
The construction site on George Street’s Malls Block is now more colourful thanks to the efforts of an 11 year old Dunedin girl!
Uyen Le submitted the winning entry to the recent ‘Design a Digger’ colouring competition run by the Retail Quarter Upgrade project team.
Isaac Construction, the main contractor on the DCC’s Retail Quarter Upgrade project, has had Uyen’s winning entry wrapped onto one of its diggers working on the Malls Block.
Uyen’s entry stood out for its stunning design and has now helped to add some colour and vibrancy to the busy construction site. The spruced-up digger is already turning heads and bringing smiles to the faces of passers-by!
