We are now halfway through the term and what a term it has been, so far! At last week's powhiri, we formally welcomed the 32 students and staff, along with their families, who have joined Rewa Rewa School since our last powhiri in 2024. This is always a very special event in our calendar. I well remember my welcome as being something very special, as I felt a real sense of belonging. We hope that all of those who were welcomed felt this way also. A huge thank you to everyone who so generously contributed lovely kai for us to share morning tea together. We were particularly proud of all of our students who played a special role in this event, particularly our karanga girls Persia, Mata, Lilly, Ruby and Ada. Our huge thanks to Whaea Danielle for sharing her knowledge of tikanga and overseeing this special day with such expert leadership.

We welcome Arion, Cairo, Daniel, Elisha, Ha, Izzy, Leroy, Lucy, Mariusz, Mia, Morgan, Parnika, Punipuao, Rachel, Tyva & Zia to Rewa Rewa School, along with their families. We hope you enjoy learning with us!
