Congratulations to Micaela Brenssell, who has won the contribution to sports administration in a position of umpire, referee, coach or tutor award, at the Zonta Sports Awards for Secondary Schools.

Micaela has been a significant role model and leader in Basketball and Girls' sport in her time at Riccarton High School.

She captained the Senior A Girls' Basketball team which won their grade and she coached the Year 10 Girls' Basketball team to be runner-up in their grade this winter. She was also co-chair Head of Sport in 2015.
