Both our Senior A Girls Volleyball team and our Boys Cricket Team have delivered a promising beginning to this years RHS sports campaign.

RHS Senior 'A' Girls Volleyball have qualified for the Premier Division Volleyball grade by playing games at Cowles Stadium early in February. They beat Rangiora (A) 2-0, St Margarets (A) 2-1 and Papanui HS 2-0. They are now ranked 6th in this grade.  Well done girls.

Our Cricket team proudly represented RHS in the Gillette T20 Cup on Wednesday 16 February 2022.  The boys took on teams from all over Christchurch in a bid to make it into the top 8.  While the results didn't go our way, the players had a fantastic time and did a top job of representing our school and upholding the Riccarton Way.
