Riccarton High School Library

Sally Blake —

Our school library is like no other, it is a public library as well as a school library and open to everyone, students and families.

Our School Library is for the whole family:

The Upper Riccarton School and Community Library is a special joint use library open to everyone, the whole family, and it is free to use.

For our families it is a place to borrow books and magazines, use the free computers and internet.

There are a number of activities you can join, including book groups, a book group for new immigrants, Korean book group, Chinese book group, a conversation group, Mah-jong Club, computer help sessions, knitting groups, and story time, music and craft activities for toddlers and babies.

New people are very welcome to join. If you would like more information please ring the Library on 941 5820, or pop in to the Library and ask.

For Riccarton students we have books, magazines, study guides, homework club, book club, rubik's cube club, device free Fridays and more. Do pop in and say hi to Ms Blake or Miss Howie the High School Librarians.
