RHS Book Club meets twice a term and reads a huge variety of books. Check out what we chatted about last time - latest reads. Anyone is free to pop along and join us.

If you are not part of school you might like to pop along to one of the Book Clubs run by Christchurch City Libraries. The Book Clubs meet once a month in Libraries all over the city including right here. It is a wonderful way to meet new people and read books you might not usually pick up. There are three at this Library - a Korean Book Club, an ESOL Book Club, and a Book Club. Phone the Library to find out more 941 7923.

There are some great after school clubs in the Library,

Homework Club happens every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in LC1 for one hour straight after school. There is always someone there to help you with your homework. A great spot to get your work done before you head home.

Minecraft - Get creative, start crafting! Build imaginative worlds and battle nocturnal creatures at the Library' Minecraft Club. every Friday after school. Novice or expert, join the club and play with your friends in our very own world. A tutor is always there to assist if needed. Phone the Library to book in 941 7923.

Maker Space - Want to try 3D printing, coding, robotics, photo editing, animation, eTextiles or papertronics? Don't know what these are? Come along to this great after school session in the Library every Monday. Phone the Library to book in 941 7923.

Remember the School Library is also a Community Library which means there is heaps on in the holidays in the Library.  These holidays there will be sessions on,

* Board Games
* Beebots
* Learn to Knit

Chinese and Korean speakers - would you like to find out more about the range of Library resources and services available in Chinese and Korean. Come along to a free session in the holidays.

Family History Help - Want to find out about your family history. Come along to a free session at the Library. Wednesdays 11am.

JP in the Library - did you know there is a JP available every Tuesday in the Library from 10am - 1pm. Just pop along, no need for an appointment.
