Injury Prevention and Pre-Season Training Programme
Friday 4 February was the first day of a 10 week student led programme under the guidance of Blair Minton, Injury Prevention Specialist from ACC.
This is a complete strength and conditioning warm up guide that aims
to improve performance and keep athletes injury free. Athletes will become fitter,
faster and stronger and there’s a lot of science to back that up.
If you would like to attend, it is not too late to join the programme. It is held on the school field by the Whare starting 3.30pm every Friday in Term 1.
