Ara is holding a free IT Girls holiday programme for Year 9 – 10 girls during the Easter holidays – details below.

Date: Thursday 27 and Friday 28 April

Time: Day 1: 8.30am – 4.30pm; Day 2: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Venue: Rakaia Centre, Ara Madras St Campus

Places: 40

This FREE holiday programme is a chance for students to experience first-hand in a fun environment the wide ranging possibilities of a career for girls in IT - digital technology, animation, game making and much more are covered in this two day course.

Our career experts also run sessions on pathways, opportunities and the skills required to get into the ICT sector. This year we are including a session at the end of the second day where parents can come along to hear what their children have been up to.
