Ted Eason —

Riccarton High School will be implementing a rostering home schedule next week.

As part of ongoing industrial action by the Post Primary Teachers' Association (PPTA), Riccarton High School will be implementing a rostering home schedule next week.

This action affects students in Years 9 to 13 and is part of the nationwide campaign by secondary teachers.

Please note that those students in Te Koroī will not be affected by this action. They will continue their normal routine each day.

To ensure clarity and minimise disruption, please note the following schedule:

• Monday 15 September – Year 12 and Year 13 students are rostered home.

• Tuesday 16 September – Year 11 students are rostered home.

• Wednesday 17 September – Year 10 students are rostered home.

• Thursday 18 September – Year 9 students are rostered home.

• Friday 19 September - ALL students at school

Students rostered home on their designated day should stay at home. They will be expected to use this time to do schoolwork set by teachers.

All other year levels are expected to attend school as normal on days they are not rostered home.
