We have now moved all of our policies to the SchoolDocs website. SchoolDocs updates, modifies or creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry of Education guidelines, significant events and reviews/requests from schools. Visit SchoolDocs online to submit feedback on policies due for review in Term One.

Every term you will receive information in the newsletter regarding policies that are due for review that term and we would encourage you to have your say and participate in those reviews.

We encourage you to submit feedback by Friday 31 March.

Who reviews our policies and procedures?

• All reviews are open to the Board, staff, students, and the school community (parents/caregivers/whānau).
• Anyone can review any policy/procedure that has a review button.

The Board is responsible for overarching policies. The list below shows which topics the Board should review. Note that other reviewers can review these topics too; they're not exclusively for the Board.

1.  Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed under the CURRENT REVIEW tab.
2. Read the policy.
3. Click the POLICY REVIEW button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
4. Select the correct reviewer type ("Parent")
5. Enter your name.
6.  Submit your ratings and comments.
