We welcome contact from parents and caregivers and strongly support the partnership between home and school.
You can contact all of our staff to make an appointment to speak to them by telephoning the school.
- The number is 348 5073 and our office hours are 8.00am until 4.00pm on school days, however, please feel free to leave a voicemail message after these hours. Your message will be retrieved and responded to the next morning.
- Often the best way to make initial contact with staff members is to send them an email. Our teachers’ email addresses are printed on fortnightly reports so that parents and caregivers can contact subject teachers directly.
Secondary school teachers, including the Deans and Senior Leadership Team, all have timetabled teaching classes and other scheduled commitments, so may not be immediately available when you phone or email. You may wish to contact someone other than your young person’s class teachers.

Usually, your child's whanau teacher is the first contact for most matters as they see your child regularly.
Depending on the outcome of the discussion, you may wish to contact your child's year group Dean (for pastoral matters) or subject teacher (for academic matters).
