Winter has definitely arrived, which means the international ski and snowboarding club is now up and running again.

On Monday three of our German students went up to Mt Hutt and had an absolute blast.

We aim to take international students up the mountain once a week throughout the ski season and the Ski and Snowboarding club has been an excellent feature in terms growing our European student numbers and we will welcome more students into the club in term three.

We don’t only take the gun skiers and boarders, every few weeks we open the invitation up to all international students, some of whom have never seen the snow. It’s a fantastic experience for them and certainly a stand-out memory for them from their time in New Zealand.
