1TEF - Out and About
On Thursday 22nd September, 20 students from 1TEF took off to the Harry Ell track in the Port Hills.
Fortunately the weather really cleared up for us so we were able to look out at the views of Ōtautahi and get some sun!
Although the first 20m had a bit of an incline, the rest was a steady walk, filled with trees and bush, great to see Spring finally arriving!
The students were learning about hauora, and were able to reflect on how they felt afterwards, with all students agreeing it was nice to get out and about, a great opportunity for some EOTC!
Many thanks to Jo Blake for helping organise, and to Andrew Jefferson for driving one of the vans!
