Library News

Sally Blake —

Did you know the Library is free to join? Our wonderful School and Community Library is open to everyone. If you haven’t already, pop in and check it out, join if you haven’t, and maybe take a book out, use the computers, read the paper, stop at the café and have a cuppa and read a magazine.

This month is May Music Month and there are gigs happening all over Christchurch in Libraries, including our very own School and Community Library.

Check out the link of what is on Music at Your Library in May

Fancy learning to knit or crochet?

The library has two craft groups. One on Tuesdays 1:00pm onwards and one Thursday 10:30am onwards. Anyone is welcome to come along and it is free and there is always someone on hand happy to teach you or help with your project.

Homework

The Library Homework Club is on straight after school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is always someone on hand who can help with your work. If you are stuck at home, how about trying LiveOnline or AnyQuestions for online help with homework.
