Kohanga Ako Term Update

Harley Renton - Year 9

Harley was previously at Waitaha School – Knights Stream in Halswell. Harley loves sport, especially running cross country. His strengths are in Math and Science. Harley is curious to see how things are made and work.

Siena Mason - Year 9

Siena has joined us from living in the UK. She is now back home in NZ and Siena only just started with us in Term 3! It’s lovely to see older students like Emma supporting Siena in her first weeks at Kohanga Ako.

James Leaning - Year 13

James (middle) has joined us from his schooling in Auckland. He is in the Transition Class. James has been so kind and helpful with younger students in Kohanga Ako. Here he is shopping with Angus (right) and Dan (left).

The new "normal"

Kohanga Ako students held a Google Meeting with Briana as she was home unwell. Her classmates (Connor, Ozaer, Jackson and Alex) did an excellent job of cheering her up.
