Level 2 Hospitality
A group of magnificent Level 2 Hospitality students volunteered their time to help out at the Middlepark Rest Home Fine Dining Extravaganza on Friday the 25th of June.
The lovely staff and residents of the home were so appreciative of these star helpers.
They donned their black and white service outfits and waited on, and engaged with, the very well-dressed diners with winning smiles.
A very extensive menu was on offer with canapes, appetizers, salads, sorbets, mains, cheeses and desserts.
Thank you to Middlepark Rest Home for reaching out to us and making this connection, and to the students who worked tirelessly and with great humour for the entire evening.
