Orohaki Birch Hill Outdoor Education Centre
All Year 9s go to the lodge in the second term.
This is a compulsory part of our curriculum and a structured programme operates.
The programme has three major aims: to develop outdoor skills, to develop interpersonal skills and to improve class and group cohesion.
It is also a very important social activity where many lasting friendships are forged.
A schedule of dates for camps will be published later in the term.
