Student hui

The final Māori student hui for this year was held on the 17th of November, led by our Mana Toroa ākonga, who took the junior students through a reflective process, then a very competitive and noisy game of Pukana.

These hui give our Māori ākonga an opportunity to meet together, share their stories and enjoy each other’s company.

It also gives them, through Mana Toroa, a voice to be heard within the kura.
