Leadership Week at Riccarton Primary School
Several of our senior students were invited to be on a panel to discuss leadership with the Year 7 and 8 students at Riccarton Primary School for leadership week.
Our Head and Deputy students, Emily Austin, Silas Zhang, Isaac Paul and Ilaisaane Kaetau answered questions about leadership.
Some of the questions that the students asked were:
- How does it feel to be a leader at your school?
- Why did you push yourself to become a leader?
- What makes you a leader personally? What are your qualities?
- What is the hardest part being a leader?
- Who was your biggest influence in becoming a leader?
They had some wonderfully wise words for the Riccarton Primary School students and represented Riccarton High School with pride.
