There are some exciting things happening in the dance department this year.
We have guest choreographers in the styles of Latin and Hip Hop working with our dance students at all levels for their NCEA standards. Our Year 9 students are loving learning about some cultural dance styles in class and we have had some senior students come in and share their cultural dance knowledge with us.
Our Hip Hop crew MANIK and our Year 12/13 dance class are getting ready for their first performance next Friday 2nd June at Burnside High School. This is a fundraising evening and kicks off at 6:30pm. We would love to see you there.
