Some of our learners in 13Bio are investigating Biotechnology and in order to help them understand some standard techniques we were lucky to be provided the Gel Electrophoresis kit from the University of Canterbury. Here are some photos from day 1 learning how to use a pipette through to today when they ran their DNA sequences and restriction enzymes!
