• It’s normal to feel a bit tired at this time of year so remember to be kind to yourself

• Please stay at home if you are sick.

• If you need to see the nurse, ask at Reception first.

• Remember, the nurse service is confidential. If you are not sure what this means, ask the nurse when you visit.

• If you think someone is unwell or looks hurt, ask them if they need help or let a staff member know.

• If you need help yourself, it is ok to ask.

Please note that the nurse is available between 8:30 and 3:30 Monday to Friday.
