The Year 9 Connecteds are studying the concept of sustainability.

As part of the year 9 sustainability term, our first water watch program kicked off with a visit to Coes Ford on Monday. Year 9 Connected 1A had an amazing time, their catch was abundant in Macro-invertebrates and one group actually caught a fish. The nitrate level was proving a bit high, but all in all the data that they gathered was useful information for us and the Lincoln University statistics. This is then used for future reference to ensure that our rivers are safe and clean, for us all to enjoy!
