The counselling team at Rolleston College Horoeka Haemata welcome Marc Mulholland as our Head Counsellor and Kezia Hewitt to the team for 2023. They join Fran Atkinson and Malcolm Scott. Marc Mulholland (Head of Guidance)

Having been a Craftsman Plumber and Gasfitter for most of my working life, I retrained as a teacher in 1999 and have been in education for 23 years, teaching Technology (Engineering), Graphics and Mathematics. For the past 14 years I have been a Guidance Counsellor, both at Southland Boys High, and for the last 7 years at Newlands College in Wellington.

I am excited to be joining the staff, and leading the Counselling team here at Rolleston College. I bring a wealth of experience, and consider myself warm and approachable. I look forward to meeting with, and supporting our students, staff and whānau.

Outside of my work; I love fly fishing for trout, restoring and riding classic Italian motorcycles and most of all, time spent with family. I have two daughters and 4 young grandchildren here in Christchurch.
