Last Saturday, July 2nd, was our second ever Rolleston College school formal, A Night Under the Northern Lights. It was a gorgeous and memorable night, with more than 300 of our learners dressing to the nines to enjoy the fabulous evening at Addington Raceway. There was delicious food, chances to get professional and photo booth photos, dancing, and even a corner dedicated to watching the All Blacks vs Ireland game! A big congratulations to our Rolleston Royals, Prettiest Pair, Greatest Dancer, Ultimate Entrance, and Dynamic Duo Sean Uren, Abigail Hotton, Aiden Moffat, Bailey Moates, Anna Madriaga, Caleb Ryan, Duncan Trentelman, Matthew Bool, Keegan Trentelman, Stephanie Campbell, and Quinn Richards-White as voted on the night. Everything went smoothly all thanks to the staff who volunteered their time and the learners who represented the school with grace and dignity. A special shout-out to Ashley Johnson for being the lead staff member, and our events leaders Kayla and Georga as well as the whole formal committee and everyone else who helped out along the way.
